We made a decision to outsource our clients web and e-commerce software development to India over 2 years ago.  We initially had some bad experiences with outsourced development companies in Mumbai, mainly because of difficulties in communication and poorly executed deliverables.

We had a corporate website (over 50 pages) done through Web Sight Technologies. We had seen several of their work and were impressed by their standard before we decided to give them the work. We also had 3 other competing bids. In the end what we got was great quality of work , attitude and customer service from Zigi and his team, all at great value for money.

What impressed me most was their ability to listen to us and understand our requirements. They initially did 4 different styles of website in varying design and development complexities using flash, DHTML etc. Once we decided on what we liked, they proceeded with speed and did a great job for us. They went the extra mile by co-coordinating with the US team live on a daily basis. They overcame the time difference factor ( 10.5 hours difference) and ensured that they talked to our team here in the US at our office hours. We really appreciated the fact that their team stayed up in the late hours of the night to achieve this.

They completed the work 3 days ahead of schedule and once the site was online they helped us out with 2 minor bug fixes.
